My afternoon run went very well. I started rolling, as i ran by myself and had my Ipod with me. Everything felt great, my shin hurt very minimally and my ankle was bothering me, but not enough to keep me off. I decided to go to out to New trails. I have never done all of new trails by myself and as i was running i was confident i could remember the way. I remember thinking today is the day i am going to actually do them and not get lost. So that was my biggest accomplishment of the day/ maybe week. I ran 10.2 miles and really just felt strong, hopefully these are building blocks, for my debut of my season at Tech next weekend, but we ll see things seem to change in drastic proportions of late.
