So i tried getting a lot of sleep yesterday so i came back to the room and went to bed rather early. however i was not able to sleep and although i was tired could not fall asleep. This really irratates me, becaue i could be doing my homework that i forgone for sleep, but instead im just laying in bed daydreaming untill 3 o clock in the morning. finally i fell asleep awaking hear and there, but at 9 i wanted to get out of bed and get breakfast (you know speed up that metabolism haha), but i was too tired so i slept until 10:30.

As 10:30 rolled by i got up and got ready for class, apparently there was a huge snowstorm being unleashed on williamsburg so i lingered in my room to see if it would get canceled. I did not actualy think it would, but than i heard the screams and yells of my hallmates as school had jsut been canceled! Best news i had heard all week! This started my relaxed and unproductie day. I chatted with some peeps on ichat. Later i got some grub at the caf i ate mainly chicken pot pie. after that i went to gibby's with Zach and Dan to get my shoes. Of course he was not there and had not seperated the shoe order yet. so when he got there he made us do his dirty work. I got 3 new pairs of shoes, which was great as my shoes were really getting worn down due to all the mileage that was accumulating. this season i am rolling with defyance 3 in width 2E.

After that i just chilled in the room, shooting the breeze, until practice time. Although we had school cancelled the roads were not bad and it seem rather unneccassary but i am not one to complain. So the run actualy was not going to be to bad. I ended up running with Jon Grey (17th in the nation in CC nats, which warrants AA status) for the second day in a row. Today was actually probably the best run i have had in a long time. It was just so pleasant, i am finally feeling comfortable, although my shin hurt at times, i did not really have a bother from injury. We went up fit than connected to 4x4 to new trails and back for a 11.3 mile run. Afterwards i stretched out and made sure to do a lot of work on my right calf.

The caf was nothing special, i had meatloaf and veggies. Not a very good blend, but better than nothing i guess.
