Long Run

Feeling rather tired, so i am going going to do my entry.

Long run of 19 miles. Ran with a rather large group (had a pretty good meal beforehand), ran at a fair pace for most of it. Felt like i was out there for much longer than just shy of 2 hours, but oh well it's done.

Stretched and iced, poor sleep the night before.

Mother and Father visited me today, we went to La Tolteca, which was delightful as always (to see them). Now i am going to waste away the rest of the day, pretending to do homework and hopefully finishing my paper on Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. Very, very Doubtful.
