The Power of Cleaning

Man i cannot tell you how awesome i feel after cleaning and organizing. Now if i was force to or someone told me to it would not have the same affect. I have to be in the mood and once in it, i deliberately take my time, making a conscious effort to think of the appropriate places things you go in my overcrowded room. It's quite relaxing allows you to take your mind off things and just focus on a task. I don't know if this is the same way about other people but it definitely appeals to me. I spent 2 and a half hours just cleaning my room today. Setting up my new Lucky Bamboo, putting a clever way to incorporate my patron bottle with my clever rose, and displaying my new favor tie drink's (Sweeet Leaf iced tea) bottle for some added publicity. Also if you have a lot of work to do, it just makes you feel accomplished and throws you into the mood of knocking out more work. It's a progression from easy to work to hard. This is the medium, going through the monotony (clever i know) and having to write a dumb entry so that i can log my runs. So anyways i am not going to go to deep about the powers of cleaning, but it's real. One should try it, if your feeling out of wack.

Woke up around 10:20 and ran with Maxwell at 11, as plannned the day before. he ran 10 miles, while i ran 9.7 miles (that one was for you max!):
Max does not see the point of going into decimals, but im all about it. Maybe it's to be different, maybe its to be precise (probably not), but i just feel the necessity to write the decimals. I am going to start making my splits this way, apparently a teammate from the past use to do that, but i ll be making them up.
It was a relaxing easy paced run. We just went to New trails and did some bike trails and back to the track.

Total Week Mileage: 95.5 miles (Most Ever :O)
